Do you have books you’ve already read? Looking to free up some space at home and give another reader a bargain on a good book? Donate your books to the Medical Library! The sale book carts at the libraries at Cape Coral Hospital, HealthPark Medical Center, and Lee Memorial Hospital have both fiction and nonfiction books that we’ve received from donations. We sell hardcovers for $1.00 and paperbacks for $0.50. The library uses the funds from the book sales to celebrate our volunteers during the holidays and throughout the year. We will accept:
- Fiction and nonfiction books.
- Books that are in good condition (no soiled, torn, or yellowing books).
- Medical, nursing, and other healthcare-related books published within the last five years.
If you have books to donate, please contact the library at medlibrary@leehealth.org or 239-343-2119 to arrange a day/time to drop them off.
